Person Pitch
Paw Tracks has just released the first official mp3 from the upcoming Panda Bear record Person Pitch, and holy shit. Between this and "Bro's," (which we are obsessed with) this has become one of our most anticipated releases of the year. Would it be blasphemous to say I like this as much as/more than most Animal Collective stuff?

Yeah, the I'm Not/Comfy in Nautica single came out at the end of 2005, and it's obviously great. Is there a tracklist? I want to throw that cover on something in iTunes that I know is gonna be on the record.

Hey thanks for presenting us with that incredible cover art. Agnes Montgomery is the artist's name and has done the Panda artwork on the I'm Not/Comfy single as well as the upcoming Excepter split.
Also would like to mention that Panda Bear has recorded a special online radio session in Portugal to be aired on January 9th.

Don't know much about Panda Bear, but this one track just made me want to listen to Russian Futurists.

I can't wait for this BUT much like "I'm Not," "Carrots," "Comfy In Nautica," and "Bro's" "Search For Delicious" is also previously released on the "Comes With a Smile, Volume 14: Words Worn Down to Nothing" comp. and easily available over at the Animal Collective message board... once it comes out it's gonna kinda feel like a glorified EP (to me anyway).
I've been listening to Pet Sounds a lot lately so this sounds perfectly awesome to me.
