I was going to attempt to articulate just how conceptually brilliant Wale's new Seinfeld-sampling Mixtape About Nothing is, but my friend Weiss pretty much nails it here. I'm still undecided how I feel about Wale as an MC -- although I'm warming up a little more with each listen, and I'm always feeling his sports metaphors -- but you can't really deny the fact that he realizes the full potential of the medium with this mixtape. Anyway before you go read Weiss' thing, grab the mixtape's opening track: the one where Wale does his best "What's the deal with..." Seinfeld observational humor impression, over the Seinfeld theme song:

wale is a goddamn beast. 2008 is his year.
i can't really fuck with wale as an emcee. he seems style over substance to me. i mean, his lyrics might be on point but his flow is very subpar. punchlines are played out
Though I'd definitely agree Wale is a uniter, not a divider, it feels almost that lots of people feel united in their divided feelings on this cat. On one hand, there's no question he's breathing new life into the game, coming with a unique style and flare which is very welcomed. On the other, people are not always feeling the go-go, the DC shoutouts in everyone else's hometown, and the occasional sub-par rhymes [que W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.E. rhyming the word "water" 20x].

Even it got me crazy enough to buy Guild Wars Prophecies with some my own GuildWars Gold and Nightfall and Eye of the North. It is expensive to buy gw gold all parts. If you lack the GuildWars money, but it is worth it and no monthly costs and the game gets updated weekly at least.
