new animal collective :: "blue sky" (live)

You knew it wouldn't be long before we got some post-Merriweather Post Pavilion material out of Animal Collective. The band unveiled this new song (unofficial working title that is definitely not the actual title: "Blue Sky") during their show a few nights ago at KOKO London. This one's a relatively laid back, floating Avey jam, complete with heavenly looped vocals from Panda Bear, which lend the song a really beautiful ethereal quality. It starts out a little slow, but stick around, because the second half is really something. (via Collected Animals)

I used to enjoy reading GvsB. And I'm a fan of Animal Collective. I just wish you would talk about other music occasionally and ditch the constant hyperbole around everything that band does.

Yeah you're right, GvsB never talks about other music. Not including the fact that they've introduced me to fever ray, eternal summer, Jeremy jay, waves, here we go magic, and real estate in the last couple weeks alone.

intro of this new AC stuff is reminiscent of some 90's techno stuff

like it reminds me of The Orb or Orbital but with better beats

Loving this band is just constant payoff.

They are finishing the recording for the new project in February??? Man, so sweet.

"I dont know if everyone who's coming on board with Post Pavilion will really be open to it." - Geo (from that link^)

Yeah, I've noticed that most AC fans don't have much of a tolerance for experimental music. They just like the bland safety of MPP.

What the hell is he talking about?

Well, MPP is a far cry from the band's earlier stuff in that it is far more accessible and pop-driven than something like Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished... not to imply that they're thinking backwards or returning to an older sound.

He probably just means that the methods for composing the music on this new project are far more experimental and will probably turn some people off who have discovered or got into the band through Merriweather Post Pavilion.

Regardless of the debate, North American games now have the chance to play Ragnarok Online with all kinds of ro zeny. During the free open Beta test period that you do not cost any ragnarok zeny, over ten thousand people logged on the game daily. On a week notice, players were informed that the game was going pay iro zeny to play again. Each type of weapon, daggers and two handed swords, bows and so on which can gain from cheap zeny, have a unique animation for every class and sex. All ragnarok online zeny has the end effect of making every series of dungeons or outdoor maps look exactly alike.

You will get a beautiful cloth which in the game if we want to need the beautiful cloth, we can use our own Scions Of Fate gold to buy. The one I owned on my character is one of my friends sent to me the necessary SOF gold. Sometimes we can share the trophy as the necessary Scions Of Fate money together, and we do quest together. I do not have enough confidence and cheap SOF gold about my weak memory. First I have to buy sof gold to improve my pet which I have a lovely leopard in this game.
