animal collective :: "summertime clothes" remixes

Thanks to Collected Animals for pointing out that the "Summertime Clothes" remixes from L.D. and Dâm-Funk have both surfaced online, and are available for your listening pleasure (assuming you're down with dubstep and boogie-funk AC remixes, respectively). Check L.D.'s version here (starts around the 22:00 mark), and listen to the Dâm-Funk remix as heard on BBC radio here. Updated mp3 link via Stones Throw:

Brilliant! Wow! Never imagined. I really like this. Almost dreamy.
Love the site, I'm doing something similar over at salmonofrock.blogspot.com.

This remix is awful. There is constant harmonic dissonance - it's like the vocal track is pasted on a track this guy already made.
J. Miller; get your head out your ass already. You're thinking too hard! Just party and enjoy the summer! Animal Collective would not have allowed it to be released if it sucked...Helloooooo??
gotta say, that Dam-funk remix is kinda unimaginative. That drum beat sounds like it's straight out of garage band.
@ IRansofar, just because a good band approves of a remix doesn't also deem the remix "good" - I'd hope you don't mimic the tastes of every band that you like so blindly.
