wolf cub / moth
Here's the new Burial + Four Tet 12" in its entirety: I think the general consensus here (despite the lack of any detailed information whatsoever on the release) is that this is not a split, but that both tracks are in fact collaborations. Worth buying for the longer track alone; labeled "Wolf Cub" here -- although there's some confusion about which track is which -- it's a glowing, soulful number that combines Burial's signature haunted atmospherics with what is presumably Four Tet's bouncy, relatively upbeat foundation (sounds great when played back-to-back with the epic new one from the Field). If you're into it, the physical 12" can still be had here for £4.77.

Pretty cool release, refreshingly different

this is awesome....
but a bigger fan of "moth" because of what appears to be more touches/influence from Burial....the echo voice kills me....
def late night train headphone music...
cant wait for a new Burial EP
Wow, that was incredible. They could have spiced up the "burial" drums on Wolf Cub, but other than that these tracks make me all excited for new Burial tracks
and of course I meant Moth..
fuck, can anybody give Burial a new drum break to use? same beat in all tracks... sorry for being so negative. great blog, by the way
