New track from San Francisco-via-Dallas "elevator psyche" dude Rangers, sent over by Olde English Spelling Bee, who will be releasing Rangers' Suburban Tours LP later this year. "Deerfield Village" is my favorite thing he's done so far, and fans of Ariel Pink, '70s educational filmstrips, and the current crew of 'hypnagogic pop'/chillfiwavedreambeatcore bands will surely dig his hazy, dream-like nostalgia (real, not borrowed, I think). Good stuff:
