listen to samples from Fall Be Kind

Thanks to Dylan Jones for pointing out that brief samples of each track from Animal Collective's Fall Be Kind EP are now streaming here. It's not much obviously, but those 30 second clips of "On a Highway"/"I Think I Can" sound kind of tight. Listen.

You can listen to a full, live version of bleed on radiantjungle.tumblr.com!! I can't tell if i quite like it yet, deffinately has potential to sound killer on the EP
i do not understand this move, from a strategic point of view: animal collective release the best album of the year to generally validated critical acclaim, become the most popular band in the world, and then decide to release this piddily little ep, which can in no way do anything but distract from the aforementioned. I might be OCD-ing, but I think they should have waited on this one, and I haven't even heard it yet. -Although, thanks for the heads-up on those thirty second samples (a testament to Anco's popularity. Has GVSB ever linked to amazon.com for thirty-second samples before?? Amazing).
ok, so they're definitely not the most popular band in the world. i also really doubt they care too much about what's "strategic." they're dudes who like to make music. they want to share it with you. enjoy.
Even better samples at the U.S. Amazon site (different parts of the songs): http://www.amazon.com/Fall-Be-Kind-EP/dp/B002X2XVUY/ref=sr_shvl_album_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1258323555&sr=301-1
Neeeeed.
hate when ppl call them anco.
and every peice that AC puts out is a gem. you should thank your lucky stars they put it out now, otherwise they might not have ever
HAHA my word verification was: cullo
anco anco anco. this is the hro's genius description of the comodification of music, and specifically animal collective. i could explain it, but i don't really feel like it. find it for yourself.
and suggesting that 'everything' animal collective has put out is a 'gem' is just not true and/or evocative of the kind of backlash that this band faces on the internet. just saying.
Dear God, this EP is going to be off the hook.

omg 'anco'. i'm using that.
neeed also, waaant, will getttt.
the EP *is* brilliant. i was wary that it wouldn't live up to the hype, and esp after MPP, but thankfully it does.
and i'm always skeptical of anco, so i'm not biased at all.
opener "graze" is my favorite so far.
