update: Mexican Summer x Gorilla vs. Bear:

SXSW 2010

[click for larger image]

A few updates/details on our collaborative SXSW event with Mexican Summer Records: the party kicks off at noon on Friday March 19 at Klub Krucial, on 6th St. next to Emo's. The day party is FREE and open to the public (NO badge/wristband required), while the evening showcase is an official SXSW event. Unforunately, jj has canceled their daytime appearances, but we've more than made up for it by adding a few great new groups: the Golden Filter, the Bitters, and Small Black appearing as Washed Out's backing band. Check the tentative set times below:

mp3:
The Golden Filter :: Hide Me
The Bitters :: Warrior
Small Black :: Despicable Dogs (Washed Out remix)
Dum Dum Girls :: Jail La La
Memory Tapes :: Bicycle
Best Coast :: Sun Was High (So Was I)

Astonishing to lineup. I'd pay to see more or less any of those bands separately.
