To me, this band is nothing special. In fact, I would go so far as to say this band is bad news. I'm into the chill wave shit and all of that, but I think it's pretty weak to ride the sound and even aesthetic that, for this time and place, is the most normal, boring thing, into brief internet recognition. Look at these two fools. Watch them play their Taking Back Sunday turned MGMT turned Best Coast and then whatever's cool next. It's a real bummer.
There is nothing "chillwave" about this band's sound or "aesthetic." The fact that you think they sound anything like MGMT or Best Coast(??) suggests you need to listen to more music. Really a terrible comment all around
