video premiere: The Sandwitches | "Kiss Your Feet"

Here's the first official video from San Francisco's The Sandwitches, for one of the many highlights from the group's amazing 2009 LP, How To Make Ambient Sadcake. Moved by "Kiss Your Feet"'s "ghostly lovesick imagery," director Joey Izzo taps into the song's darker, subtly sinister side on this classic horror flick inspired clip, which stars the band and was shot in a "remote cabin over the course of a single foggy night" in the middle of the woods in Northern California:

whoa. this is great.
this is amazing
It's seriously mindblowing that an album as good as Ambient Sadcake didn't top every "Best Albums of 2k9" list last year.
